My food yesterday.

Pre-yoga breakfast: an avocado, an boiled egg and a bowl of yoghurt with dried plums, walnuts, pumkinseeds and dates. And after a while I had half an orage.

Lunch: carrot-ginger soup topped with pumkinseeds, and a glutenfree buckwheat-apple bread on the side.

Dinner: kidneybeanburger in a glutenfree bread with gualcamole, red onion, salad and tomato.
